CP (value for money), Good!

I called on the same day, a Saturday, and they said it was full, but I could book for 2 hours later. A truly popular place as expected. For the tongue I was after, I ordered the Gokujo (premium) Tan. There were 3 grades. Delicious! The rosu was tender and delicious too. I usually find fat heavy, but the rosu here has high-quality fat that didn't weigh on me, and I enjoyed it. For my beloved harami, I ordered both premium and regular, and both were good. The meat really is delicious. For salad I ordered the Hoen Salad. The reimen comes in large, medium, and small. I ordered medium. I was full, but managed to finish it. I've come many times, and it's still a place I want to go again.

The interior is spacious and kept clean, but it's yakiniku by Japanese people for Japanese people. Sweetish dipping sauce and marinade. The meat quality is good, but the sauce... The reimen and soup were at a disappointing level too. I guess yakiniku just can't beat the Korean places after all.. ※The kimchi is way too bad, so I'd like you to buy it in Tsuruhashi.

I went to the yakiniku restaurant my family often visited when I was little, for the first time in decades. The whole building had been renovated and had become very spacious and large, which surprised me. The meat was as delicious as ever, but I felt that this unchanged sauce is really the best. This flavor, which surpasses even the nostalgia filter, made me feel it's truly Hoen.

The meat is the best. The premium fillet (chateaubriand), which would be "market price" level elsewhere, has its price listed, and there are set options too, so it's easy on the wallet. Truly delicious meat.
