I visited Washoku Nabedokoro Sushihan Fuse branch. Ordered eel as it was the Day of the Ox (Doyo no Ushi no Hi). Probably an eel warmed by hot water bath, so the aroma and crispy grilled texture are subdued. Personally, I would have been happier with a little more crispiness. The restaurant has good access, about a 2-minute walk from Fuse Station, the interior is spacious, and we were able to enter smoothly today without a reservation. It has a calm atmosphere and I felt it was an easy place to use with families. I'd like to visit in a different season as I think I can enjoy seasonal dishes and nabe.

Mackerel sushi is the best!! Rare and tender, I could enjoy the deliciousness of the fish ✨️ No fishy smell at all. Gozen allows you to enjoy various single dishes. Since you can take your time, it's suitable for hospitality and guidance. I will use it again. I'll come with my family to eat gozen too 🙋

Lunch contents that feel super expensive. The rice is plain first. And quite a lunch price. Sofa seats and private rooms have wide spaces, so such places are recommended for business use or those who do not like noisy places. There is often a misunderstanding, it is an Ume no Hana series and has nothing to do with Washoku Sato.

Went to lunch with a friend I haven't seen in a while. There are so many lunch menus that it's very confusing. I chose the sushi set. There was also an Expo set, and I laughed that they were cashing in on it even though it must be quite a distance from the Expo site Expo menu was expensive at over ¥3000. Lunch menu starts from around ¥1300, and what I ordered this time was around ¥2000. Includes 7 pieces of sushi, chawanmushi, assorted tempura, noodles (soba or udon, cold or hot), and warabimochi. Very satisfying contents.

I think it's a well-balanced restaurant among family restaurants. ◇ All seats are non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes from the smoking area is quite bad, so I hesitate to repeat. ◇ Udon suki broth is not too strong and easy to eat.
