Charcoal-grilled Kachigarasu (Hiyanosri) is a favorite restaurant I visit over and over again. The yakitori is fragrant, each skewer is carefully grilled, and you can truly taste the umami of the ingredients. The quality of the a la carte dishes is especially high; the potatoes, chicken tataki, corn tempura, agedashi eggplant, everything you eat is truly delicious. It pairs exceptionally well with alcohol, making you stay too long. From finishing ramen, wasabi rice bowls, grilled rice balls, to zosui (rice soup), the selection is extensive, making it perfect for both the first and second stop. You can easily drop by alone at the counter, or relax with family and friends in the tatami rooms or private rooms. The staff are polite and attentive, and the comfort level is top-notch. The free ice cream service is also a nice point. Food, atmosphere, and service are all wonderful, making it a restaurant you'll want to visit again and again.

Every single dish we ate was delicious! There was a bit of loneliness when multiple staff members didn't notice us right after entering the restaurant! But it was delicious, so I'll forgive them!

Close to Hiyanosri Station, yakitori and all the a la carte dishes are delicious! The yakitori is marinated in sauce, I recommend the black skin sprinkled with spices! It's addictive and goes great with alcohol!! The a la carte dishes are also delicious, daikon radish tempura and grilled rice balls might be a must. The juicy, tender daikon is the best 🤭 The interior lighting is quite dim, which could be taken as a good atmosphere... but even so, it's dark, so I thought maybe it could be a little brighter. Is it meant for dates? The vanilla ice cream served as a service after the meal is also nice. Everything was delicious, so I'd like to go again. Thank you for the meal ✨

Charcoal-grilled Yakitori Kachigarasu in Kintetsu Hiyanosri... I end up going here searching for rare parts like 'hatsumoto' (base of the heart) ♪ Everything we order is exceptional and deliciously seasoned... The a la carte dishes also come in half sizes, making them easy to order. It's a popular restaurant that is always packed with customers ~ reservations are a must ♪
