My partner and I had been wanting to go to Regalo since we moved to the area. We finally went for lunch today! The online reservation system was easy to use (Japanese only, be aware) and the A Lunch set starts at a very reasonable ¥1,600. It also makes use of delicious high-quality locally sourced ingredients and that is apparent in the taste. We opted to pay ¥200 to increase our pasta's portion to the large size (+50g on top the regular 70g). This was probably a mistake because the pasta and it's sauce (a ham and spinach cream sauce) coupled with the delicious 4-piece appetizer set that comes with lunch, and the delicious homemade focaccia bread, stretched our eating abilities near to the limit. We were very satisfied with our lunch. The desserts we had we equally satisfying. The sakura panna cotta with sakura ice cream was beautifully presented, had a perfectly balanced sweet and slightly spiced taste, and concluded the meal brilliantly. I would have preferred a tomato sauce option on my pasta, but the chef's offering that didn't include one. I was still satisfied and want to come back for a tomato sauce option in the future. If you are looking for a great dining experience, or a place to take your significant other, there aren't many places that can offer as good an experience as Regalo can. A+! 100% I will be coming again.
View on GoogleI visited around spring this year It was lunchtime on a weekday, but it was full of people with reservations. All family members ordered the A Lunch set You can choose your favorite pasta and main dish I chose tomato pasta with squid and for the main dish I chose sautéed sea bream. The dessert I added as an extra was a spring-like sakura ice cream. Lunch comes with focaccia and since this bread is all-you-can-eat you will get quite full. On sunny days the view from the restaurant is also good The interior is clean and quiet And there is free parking So it is recommended for those who want to relax. Several groups came during the meal It seemed they hadn't made a reservation And had to go back So making a reservation is recommended when visiting.
View on GoogleGreat view from all seats, we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably! Phone response when making a reservation was extremely polite and left a good impression. Although I brought a small child who couldn't eat meals yet, they didn't show any displeased faces at all, and instead lent us chairs, cushions, etc. Appetizer, pasta, focaccia, main dish, dolce, everything was delicious!! There is a good volume, and both the seasoning and presentation were great♪ I wanted to use it again when I come nearby. Thank you for the meal 😋
View on GoogleA wonderful Italian restaurant with a great view located above the Ishikiri Shrine pilgrimage path. You can overlook the Osaka Plain while enjoying delicious food. Since it is a popular restaurant, I was worried if I could get in even on a weekday, but I managed to make a lunch reservation on the spot and slip in just in time for 13:30. I had the daily B lunch set for 2,900 yen. Each dish was beautifully presented and very hearty. It was a course of "Appetizer ⇒ Pasta ⇒ Meat or Fish ⇒ Dessert & Drink". It seems they use safe, fresh vegetables grown in their own farm. I had delicious Italian food made with body-friendly ingredients such as Chinese cabbage and tomato pasta. I had a wonderful time. I want to go again.
View on GoogleA restaurant that relies only on its location. The pasta had hard cores left and wasn't good. Soup was placed on the table and plates were whisked away before we finished all 4 appetizers. Isn't that way too rushed?? The adult lunch comes with drinks and dessert, but the children's lunch set was a salad with vinegar dressing and meat pasta, so the kids couldn't eat much of it.
