A restaurant run by just the master and mama until 2 AM where the food is simply amazing. There is a counter and just one booth, but you can casually drop in even by yourself. First of all, the beer is extremely delicious. You can tell they clean the beer dispenser thoroughly. It's already good on its own, but when the super delicious chicken wings (5 pieces for 400 yen)—which have an exquisite flavor that seems rich yet isn't too heavy and meat that falls apart nicely—arrive, it creates an even greater synergy and puts you in the best mood right from the start. The gizzard is prepared completely free of any unpleasant textures and comes out in an easy-to-eat size and seasoning. It makes the ultimate accompaniment to alcohol. The chicken harami is delicious whether grilled or fried. The omurice isn't the all-over ketchup type, but rather one with a strong meat-sauce feel—an absolute favorite that I rarely come across anymore. I could go on forever talking about other delicious things, but for some reason, the ramen is an ordinary yet unique, insanely delicious shop (smoking allowed).
View on GoogleSoy sauce ramen. Reaching the age of 40, I never expected to encounter the best soy sauce ramen of my life. And what's more, at a place that also doubles as an izakaya. The clear soup is light just as it looks, but with the umami of chicken melted into it, and a gentle aroma of ginger providing a solid core to the flavor. The noodles are regular wavy noodles. The toppings are simple: chashu and bean sprouts. I hear many customers eat ramen on their way home from drinking in the neighborhood, but it might indeed be an even better bowl after a night of drinks. [Afterword] Wanting my friend to try the delicious ramen, we visited together with two people. Another customer ordered ramen first, and the master slowly went outside, and when he came back, what he was hiding in his hand was a commercial pouch containing liquid chicken soup base. I had arbitrarily connected it in my mind to the chicken wings, but when the lid was opened, that was how it was. Now that I know the trick, I probably won't go back.
View on GoogleThe mama and master had lovely personalities. The recommended menu items, the chicken wings and gyoza, were both just the right amount of delicious without being too strong or too mild 🙆 I felt like giving a 5-star rating might seem like excessive praise, so my feeling is a 5-star, but I'm giving it a 4.
View on GoogleAn adult hideaway drinking spot where you can deepen local connections. The ramen is delicious, and the chicken wings are also delicious. It's a two-story building, and in the narrow space, it's lively late into the night. Recommended when you want to enjoy drinks and food while having a quiet, cozy drink!
View on GoogleEnjoyed the soy sauce ramen and boiled gyoza. I went with my boyfriend, and it was a more compact shop than I expected. I liked it, but... he seemed a bit bothered by it. Since my boyfriend has decision-making authority on restaurants when we go out, even though I wanted to go again, I'm sad.
