Ramen Fukushokuya Nishi-Iwata. Rich yet the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. The pork bone umami stands out firmly, and the pairing with the noodles is good! Had an image of a chain store! Everything is normal!
View on GoogleFebruary 2026 Hey there! Because of the monorail construction work on the Chuo Ring Road, it gets extremely congested so I hadn't used this road for a while... Came to have ramen for lunch after a long time, but... the shop has changed! Oh well! Well then, I decided to try eating here. ☆ Soy Sauce Tsukemen Half Rice Set Get a seasoned egg by registering as a LINE friend! Dice-cut chashu The noodles are thin flat noodles... Oh! The rich soy sauce flavor is good~ ❤️ ・Gochujang ・Black pepper ・Chili oil ・Grated garlic Drop them in~! I'm the type of person who thinks nori seaweed is a must for ramen and tsukemen... Rice wrapped in seaweed dipped in the dipping broth... Delicious~ ❤️ The seasoned egg is also good~ ❤️ Rich soy sauce tsukemen is nice once in a while~ ❤️ It was delicious! Thank you for the meal~ ❤️
View on GoogleA new ramen shop built along the Chuo Circular Road. Is it a converted restaurant property? It used to be a ramen shop too, which was quite prosperous and delicious. According to SNS information, it seems to be a Yokohama Ieke style ramen shop belonging to the Fuku-chan group. The weekday lunch-only set is quite a bargain, with Set C gyoza + selectable rice set at a great value of 350 yen. At 12 PM on a weekday, it was relatively empty and I was able to get a seat smoothly. Right next to it was a 1-hour free parking lot. The time until serving was smooth at around 10 minutes.
View on GoogleIn commemoration of the opening, salt ramen is priced at ¥500, which is a great deal. I ordered with firm noodles and extra oil; the thick noodles had a chewy texture, and thanks to the extra oil, it stayed piping hot until the end. The chashu was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the green onion chashu bowl paired great with it as well. I'm also happy that the free topping ticket can be used over and over again.
View on GoogleNishi-Iwata "Ramen Fukushokuya" lunch Newly opened on 11/17 after the closure of a certain ramen shop. As part of the Fuku-chan group until the end of November, pork bone soy sauce ramen is generously discounted from 690 yen to 500 yen. This time my companion had pork bone soy sauce and I had miso ramen, added 370 yen fried rice. During lunch time, bowl sets are a bargain at +150 yen. You can choose the noodles, oil, and soup concentration. Both had safe flavors and were reasonably tasty. You can change the flavor with the tabletop doubanjan. Obtained a topping passport (until 12/30) for the opening celebration which also provides services like egg, butter, and diced chashu.
