Waraji Ramen Rei (no toppings), just green onion and bonito flakes Egg fried rice, with only egg in it, not even ham or green onion, but it's really delicious. The no-topping ramen actually feels refreshingly straightforward. The egg fried rice is also fluffy and not greasy. There are 2 kinds of flavor changers and both were tasty. There are no sets, so I thought the pricing was a bit high for university students, but on the way out I got a 100 yen discount coupon for next time. Once summer break is over it'll probably get packed again, but it was a taste that makes me want to come back. Since it's summer break, I visited 2 days in a row. Waraji Ramen San is chicken paitan, but it didn't pair well as a soup for the fried rice, so I thought I'd try the Ichi shoyu next time.

I had the Ramen Rei. A clear shio ramen. Mellow and delicious! And I think the specialty here is the noodles. The chewy thin noodles were really satisfying. It's also fun that you can add the homemade shichimi partway through to change the flavor.

2025.2 Ramen Ni, with 4 kinds of miso and 2 kinds of chashu. The piping-hot whole-wheat thin noodles were extra firm (bari-kata) and really satisfying.

What I ordered this time Ramen Ichi (shoyu) Ramen San (chicken paitan) Egg fried rice I was wandering around Kindai-dori wanting to eat ramen and decided on this place today😁 Ramen San has chicken umami and isn't too heavy, delicious😋🍴💕 Ramen Ichi is a light shoyu, not too strong, delicious😋 The egg fried rice has a high ratio of egg, it's fluffy, and plain it's super tasty🍴😆✨ When you change the flavor it becomes a totally different fried rice and it's tasty again🥰

The taste itself is fine, and the flavor-changing sauces went well with it too. But considering the price and amount, 1210 yen for a no-topping ramen and fried rice, honestly I'm not sure it suits a student neighborhood it's questionable... In the end, even after eating both I wasn't full... I thought it's just barely at the low end of 3 stars. I'd be glad if they keep working to improve.
