"A bowl you can drink down to the last drop of soup!" Our shop may look Jiro-style, but we aim for a flavor loved by people of all ages and genders. For that reason, while the soup is pork bone-based, by simmering it together with vegetables and more, we've made a soup with no unpleasant smell and a sweetness you can taste. Rather than a relatively heavy tonkotsu shoyu flavor, it has a relatively light taste. You can also order garlic and back fat in the amounts you like, and we hope you'll enjoy their harmony with the soup. For noodles, you can choose from 4 types: thick straight, thick flat wavy, medium-thick wavy, and thin noodles. In addition, the amount of noodles from 100g to 200g…

The ramen is very very good. Better taste than those overrated popular ramen brands. Must try if you are in Osaka area.
View on GoogleWhen I came around this area I usually ate Takaida-style chuka soba, but I went in thinking I'd try a different type of ramen for a change. I've eaten all sorts of Jiro-style ramen, and people often say they're a bit hard to enter if you're not used to them, or that the bar for ordering (the "call") is high..., but this place has a beginner-friendly atmosphere. They first check your noodle amount and call (topping amounts), so be prepared. As for the flavor, it's a pork bone soup with strong soy sauce. The soy sauce flavor in particular is a type with strong sweetness and acidity, a kind I'd never had at a Jiro-style place before. I chose the thick flat wavy noodles. They clung to the soup well and were delicious.
View on Google▼2026-7-16 12:45 I'd been curious about it for a while and finally made it. First visit. Ordered the shoyu ramen (900 yen) + raw egg (100 yen). Large noodles up to 200g were free, so I went large, and asked for "medium-thick wavy" noodles. For free toppings, I got extra garlic, vegetables, and fat. The raw egg and extra fat came out first. Maybe because there were only about 3 groups ahead of me, the ramen arrived in 1 or 2 minutes too. So fast I was surprised‼️ The amount of noodles wasn't that much, and the taste was gentler than the original, just right for me in my 50s. But considering the balance with the noodles, the extra vegetables might not have been needed. The extra fat is more like a thick soupy kind than chunks. The garlic is completely raw, so the spicy punch is intense. Considering everything overall, maybe I don't need any of the extras. Next time I'll try ordering thick wavy noodles with all toppings regular. For now, mostly satisfied. Also, there's pepper, spicy-looking condiments, and ground sesame on the table, so you can change up the flavor, which is nice. I'll come again. Thanks for the meal~.
View on GoogleThis is a so-called Jiro-style shop that I bookmarked a little while ago. Parked at a nearby Times lot and went in with a coworker. We arrived close to 1 PM, so there was only one group ahead of us, and we sat at a table. I had 150g of noodles and my coworker 200g, we each told them our preferences, waited a bit, and the bowls arrived. So, a sip of the soup—hm? Salty? Thinking about it now, maybe my coworker's "stronger flavor" call got applied to mine too? Anyway, the saltiness dominated to the end, and I ended up leaving a bit of the soup. Other reviewers described it as a gentle-flavored Jiro, so it was a bit different from what I imagined. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleIt's within a 10-minute walk of Fuse Station. No parking for cars or bicycles. Counter and maybe about 4 tables? Ordered the shoyu flavor for 880 yen; you can choose the noodle shape(?), back fat, and noodle amount large/medium/small. Even large doesn't change the price. Choosing small made it 20 yen cheaper. Large is twice the noodles of small. For big eaters large is recommended, but for normal appetites I think small is enough. Paper aprons are free for those who want them. The soup, noodles, and chashu were all super delicious. I drank almost all of the soup too. Very satisfied. If it were nearby, it's a shop I'd want to come back to. Thank you for the meal.
