I had the morning set, but the bread was hard and I was disappointed. The coffee was lukewarm too, which was a shame. It seems smoking used to be allowed, but as of March Reiwa 8 the shop was non-smoking. The smoking ban itself can't be helped, but it would help if they made it clear before you enter. The inside is spacious and clean, so I think it's a good shop for non-smokers.

Right by JR Kawachi-Eiwa Station, I dropped in at the old-fashioned café おしゃれ木 at lunchtime. Smoking was allowed, and I remember it being a bit smoky. Curry rice and hayashi rice seem to be famous at lunchtime. When you order, it comes with salad and wakame soup. And these are pretty big too...! I ordered thinking the curry rice was pricey for a café, but I might want them to make it 2/3 the amount and bring the price under 1000 yen. Maybe it's just right for men? The nostalgic Lotus biscuit that comes with the after-meal coffee is a small but nice touch.

I'm a non-smoker, but it's spacious, so personally it doesn't bother me, and for people who smoke it's the best. Whenever I go, the staff are calm and I can relax. But for a poor person like me, I can only go once in a while when I want to feel fancy! Still, going during the limited-time strawberry offering was absolutely the right call🍓 The strawberries were sweet and incredibly delicious!

The morning set is really reasonable! → Until 11:30! Toast and egg are free. You just pay for the drink. Good for when you've had breakfast but are still a bit peckish. You can't see inside from outside, so it's a bit hard to walk in, but surprisingly the interior goes back quite far and is pretty spacious. The table layout is roomy. I'd been curious about it every time I went to Fuse Post Office. In a good way, it was different from what I imagined — calm. (It probably changes when it's crowded) I'll stop by when I go to the post office on weekends.

Visited while waiting my turn for tax return filing. I'd been curious about it for a while. The coffee was, well, ordinary. The bread was very juicy and full of butter. The quiet atmosphere let me eat calmly, and I could sense lots of subtle thoughtfulness
