we accidentally found this cafe in maps and were really happy to eat there. the food was so delicious and fresh, the time of cooking is super high. owners are so good and kind people. totally recommend and thinking what to eat next!

Visited for lunch on Monday, May 4, a public holiday. We were shown to a table without waiting and given the lunch menu. I chose the mille-feuille tonkatsu as my main and two sides, hijiki and chikuwa isobe tempura. With a rice and iced coffee set. My partner had the sauce hamburg steak and karaage, burdock salad, and miso soup. Simple and delicious.

When I visited, I was greeted with a pleasant smile. The food was served in about 5–10 minutes, which really helped since I was in a bit of a hurry! It was warm, reminded me of home cooking, and was very delicious; if I get the chance, I'd like to visit again 😊

I visited “洋食キッチン基” in Kawachi-Eiwa for lunch. The biggest appeal here is, without a doubt, the wide variety of main dish combinations. The moment I opened the menu I was surprised by how many options there were, and just the time spent choosing which to combine filled me with anticipation and was really fun. Greedily wanting this and that, I ended up picking only my favorites, and the result was a splendid “all-brown set meal” (lol). But each item, like the freshly fried crispy fries and the juicy hamburg steak, was carefully made, and it turned into a very satisfying lunch that made the rice go down. With such a rich menu, one visit is nowhere near enough. It's such an attractive shop that on the way home I was already thinking about my next combination: “next time I'll try that.” I'd like to come back hungry again to try different items. I was looking for somewhere to eat lunch and happened to walk in. Lunch is a set where you can choose various things. Depending on the main, there are 950-yen and 1050-yen sets, and also ones with 2 mains. You order 2 sides, then also choose rice or bread, and miso soup or coffee, etc. There are so many choices that ordering is hard until you get used to it, but honestly my impression was that cooking it all must be tough too. I made a quintessential yoshoku set with hamburg steak as the main and fried squid and cream croquette as sides, with rice and coffee. And all of it was delicious! Some yoshoku restaurants have demi-glace sauce that tastes a bit too… authentic?, but the one here is truly delicious. There are also simmered dishes and such, and those sides were delicious too. My child was given some snacks too. The calm atmosphere of the shop is nice too. I'll go again.
