4/2 (Thu) around 16:00, I passed by while on a walk and bought 2 taikoyaki. 90 yen each, a surprising price! Freshly made, the batter was crisp and fluffy and went great with the homemade chunky red bean paste—very delicious. They're small but thick, so quite satisfying. A simple tastiness that makes you want to eat several. I'd like to stop by again when I'm nearby😊
View on GoogleThe taikoyaki here😊 I always crave them💦 I hope they bring back the large soft-serve💦
View on GoogleI'll be a bit harsh. A few days ago I bought about 10 (6 as gifts) I tried one after it cooled a bit; the batter is thick, and I'd like them to make a batter that tastes good even when cold. Also, touching the products directly with bare hands and putting them in the bag is a hygiene problem, isn't it‥‥. At the current quality, 70 yen is a bit expensive. 50 yen would be about right‥‥‥‥ I hope they'll keep working at it.
View on GoogleOld-fashioned kaitenyaki, very delicious. I've eaten them since I was little; it's a familiar taste. The red bean paste isn't too sweet, and I love the nice aroma unique to kaitenyaki! Old-school shops like this are dwindling these days, so I really don't want it to disappear.
View on GoogleYou can't buy a handmade snack for 70 yen these days. Fresh, piping hot "taikoyaki"... with handmade red bean paste that's just sweet enough (I wanted the soft-serve🍦 too, but it's on break right now).
