Personally, since I'm a regular, I really like it. Because they have the machines I like. I think the best service comes from the guy who works from the evening, seems to have been there a long time, fresh, polite, narrow-eyed, always smiling. Next is the slim guy with glasses who does the morning lottery and sometimes hands out candy. Very humble and polite. The young-looking people in the morning, both the guys and the girls, get way too absorbed chatting with the regular old guys, and it's kinda meh. They're not that friendly either. It's a shame, since they're all smiles when talking with the regulars. As for the machines, I think they're hiding it well while paying out bit by bit, but probably on the 'hot' days they hype it up as much as they can and the payouts don't keep up, so lately I get the impression customers have been running off. Being able to sit where you want even during events is nice for us, but if customers stop coming, they'll have no choice but to take it back, so on the days they hype, please somehow deliver results too and bring customers back. I wanna play for a looong time. I sometimes see setting 6, so I think it's a good shop, but I guess it's hard to tell. You can't know without spinning a fair amount. There's this guy? old man? probably part of the regulars' crew, with a needlessly big attitude when playing, who stares at everyone around him, so it's a bit uncomfortable, but other than that I enjoy coming here, so I hope the shop keeps up the good work.
View on GoogleSomething shocking happened the other day. I had left my machine on meal-break hold and went out for ramen, got an upset stomach and came back a little late, and unbelievably, they had shut off the machine's power entirely. Sure, it was my fault for being late, but I wasn't that late, and what was with the attitude of that staff member with glasses? All he said was 'because you were late,' and he wouldn't even try to hear my side. That day one Zenigata machine had paid out 10,000 medals, and my machine was looking like it could go all the way from there. When I asked a young (part-timer?) staff member, they said it had been shut off quite a while before. For short-term profit, they probably cut the power almost the moment the meal break ended. I came here after doing the lottery at another shop, but apparently the morning lottery here had only 8 people lol For a performer-visit day, that's way too dead, and how long are they going to keep using shills (sakura)? It's a seriously creepy shop, so better stay away. Everyone giving good reviews is a shill. If you've had a similarly weird experience, please give this review a like and post a low-rated review. Let's make it a garbage shop with 2 stars or less.
View on GoogleNo customers and unfriendly staff 😵💫 And I was shocked 😁 by machines that don't hit even once even after passing the odds 🤣 A shop you can't blame people for calling remote-rigged 🤣 For a newly renovated reopening, neither the toilets nor the smoking area feel clean 😆 The Tsurumi branch pays out way more and is much cleaner 😁 The only perk is free parking, and then they take it back from the customers 🤣
View on GoogleI pass in front of the shop every day but have never gone in once. I'd like to go in if the review rating goes up to 2.5.
View on GoogleThe staff's excuse: it can go over 5 times the odds without hitting. Probability doesn't converge. It's basically empty day after day, yet to squeeze everything out of the occasional customer, you get data like in the photo. If you can make it dry-spell freely as you like, just keep the hopper empty. The repeated hopper errors and sand unit (medal dispenser) refills are irritating.
