I like old, small kissaten (cafes), and since the exterior of this one looks nice too, I went in for morning service. Seats were almost full and everyone consisted solely of elderly regulars. I ordered the morning set, but they were quite cold to first-time visitors. I suppose it's a good place as a community spot for elderly people in this area. However, with no intention to hide their service, words, or even the menu contents, being differentiated against was quite mentally tough. Is there anything particularly noteworthy about the food content? It served as a lesson that you shouldn't just dive in lured by the atmosphere.

The morning service is top-notch, it fills you right up. Unfortunately, it closed in October.
