Konnamonja Higashiosaka A long-established ramen shop in Higashiosaka that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era This time I ordered chashu ramen with a heap of green onions Chose the popular tonkotsu from shoyu, miso, and tonkotsu flavors The soup has no unique tonkotsu smell, is smooth and well-received by women Smooth, throat-slipping noodles entering the mouth along with bean sprouts For chashu, you can choose fatty, lean, or half-and-half, and this time I chose fatty only Carefully hand-cut by the elderly master after the order is placed Beautiful, thick fat that feels like it slips right off This is also not greasy, sweet, and melts softly The spicy punch of umami from the table chili-miso chives is an amazing stimulus Slurping while watching the master's workmanship from across the counter A bowl that overturns the notion that tonkotsu is heavy in a good way Far from being "something like this" (konnamonja), it's a more authentic restaurant than expected Managed by a gentle owner who feels like an old-fashioned artisan 🍜 Chashu Ramen & Rice 1,200 yen 🍜

Miso ramen set. Even though the noodles and soup are typical town Chinese style, it's properly miso. Lots of chashu, lots of green onions, lots of volume. I'm glad chives are all-you-can-add. At 1300 yen, this is a great deal. Since it's near the rugby field, maybe a lot of people eat heartily.

1026.06 Tonkotsu Ramen 900 yen There is a 200 yen coin parking lot right nearby. There are also some older guys parking on the street, but for some reason I use the coin parking. I haven't been here in a while, but as always it's a comforting light tonkotsu. The chashu is also my favorite kind. There is chive miso on the table, and this is delicious again! Even a small amount has aroma and spiciness, so I recommend adding it little by little!

An old-fashioned ramen shop with a scary-looking master But actually a nice guy type Shoyu, Miso, and Tonkotsu Ramen 900 yen each The chashu here is super delicious You can choose fatty, lean, or half-and-half Of course, fatty! +200 for the popular tonkotsu chashu ramen 1100 yen Lots of green onions, large volume, and delicious☺ A ramen shop in Yoshida Honmachi, Higashiosaka, this time two orders of tonkotsu chashu ramen (1,100 yen). The soup has a solid tonkotsu richness, but it's not too heavy and easy to eat until the end. The chashu is plentiful and can be eaten heartily with the noodles. A bowl where you can understand why it has lasted a long time locally, with no flashy presentation. A convenient shop that comes to mind when you suddenly feel like "wanting to eat ramen".

A ramen shop near a customer I often visit. Please park at a nearby coin parking lot for parking. Around 12:30 on a weekday in December, the counter-only shop was about 80% full. Ordered tonkotsu chashu ramen and rice set 1,200 yen Chive kimchi, ground sesame, red ginger, etc. are on the table. I chose fatty chashu, but the taste was light and thick so I didn't like it. The tonkotsu felt light and refreshing, making it easy to eat. The noodles were average. Thank you for the meal.
