Located in an area packed with eateries, this place lets you enjoy high-level Japanese cuisine at a low price. Smoking is allowed inside and there is no real atmosphere, but the shopkeeper's proven taste is wonderful.

The toriten (tempura chicken) was unexpectedly delicious, it almost made my eyes pop open. Since it's 650 yen, I'd give it 4 stars.
