Yummytown, population 2. I went with a friend here and had some of the best food of my life. This place has an unusual method for cooking okonomiyaki, where the bonito flakes go on as an ingredient rather than a topping. I'm not complaining though, since it was absolutely delicious. Ordering is digital and very easy to figure out. Love that! The food service was super fast. They don't make it from scratch right in front of you, but rather place a nearly done pancake on your grill to finish cooking. Some would like that and some wouldn't. I personally don't care. I'd definitely come back for some more okonomiyaki next time I'm in Osaka!
