A great place to visit with your friends. Good quality food, drinks, and most of all wonderful service. Highly recommend!

There was a staff member with god-tier customer service. It was wonderful customer service. Apparently, they don't usually work at this branch. I should have asked which branch they are usually at.

The food, staff response, drinks, and cleanliness were worth more than the price. The completely non-smoking interior, rare in Fuse, is also best for a smoke-hater like me. However, the customer demographic is bad. The way the noisy customers make noise is out of the ordinary, to the level where you can't hear conversations at all. Everything gets ruined.

Used it to meet up with family and an Osaka friend! I used it because it had high ratings, but there were many disappointing points. Internet does not connect. There doesn't seem to be Wi-Fi either. First, upon arriving at the store, you can't get in... Even if you press the intercom in front of the register, no staff comes. Waiting 10 minutes wondering what to do... Nobody comes... I have no choice but to enter on my own! Go deep inside, call a staff member, and somehow get seated. Please note there is a system where you take off your shoes! Ordered drinks, ordered food, but water and drinks don't come. 15 minutes later, the food comes first. When I asked, "Aren't the drinks coming yet?" they said they were making them... Even though it's 4 oolong teas and 1 apple juice... Simple soft drinks are slow... Sea urchin claypot rice, told to eat it after 30 minutes. When I opened it, it was half-raw... Asked staff to remake it, but can't because there is no sea urchin left... All I could do was say, I understand... Additional drink orders are also slow... Staff are not in the dining area... Even while we were eating, another customer brought their shoes inside and complained that they called several times but nobody came... Are they short-staffed? The customer occupancy in the shop was about 4/10, so it was empty. Also, my husband has a dust allergy, and he started having a severe stuffy nose and sneezing about 10 minutes after entering... Except for the sea urchin kamameshi, the food was delicious! I hope the staff gets complete and it becomes a wonderful store again! The food was delicious, but The sea urchin kamameshi was raw... Even when arriving, maybe they were short-staffed because they didn't come out from the back easily, and the intercom response was X! Also, there was no signal and no Wi-Fi! This is fatal!
