All rooms... are private rooms, optimal for family and friend gatherings... private events, and you can eat both tetchiri 🐡 and kanichiri 🦀. The taste is delicious of course... and the store manager and staff are nice too.

This is a long-established-feeling crab & pufferfish restaurant. Some of the wallpaper is peeling, and the wooden doors used as partitions feel worn out, which creates a profound sense of weight, so I thought it must have a long history. However, when I looked up the grand opening date, it turned out to be 2018, so it's only in its 7th year. I was a little surprised. Although I didn't check everything, it seems all seats are private or semi-private rooms. It seems there are 65 seats, and it was almost full. Well, it's a crab & pufferfish restaurant, but this time I reserved crab dishes. In the case of such restaurants, almost all groups probably order course meals. Especially in the year-end party season, customers who just drop in to eat grilled crab and fried pufferfish and go home are a super minority. Therefore, the service staff probably just check the customers' eating progress and serve dishes in a set order, but the service is extremely good. Speaking of crab & pufferfish dishes, hot pot is probably the standard, but it's a paper pot. Also, an IH cooker is built into the table instead of a stove. Almost all the young staff feel like part-time college students, but their speech is clear and polite, and the timing of serving the next dish is good. The timing to come and collect finished plates is also good. Finished plates are placed at the edge of the table for easy collection, but perhaps because customers who do that are a minority, there were about two times when the next dish came but couldn't be placed. The handling at that time was also good. I don't think there was a landlady-type person uniting the staff, but what is this high level of quality? It must be that the management's policy has permeated. I additionally ordered crab miso (kanimiso) and grilled crab (kaniyaki), which were not included in the course meal, and I thought it might be a little late. Since most orders were for course meals, I thought serving irregular a la carte dishes might be delayed, but it seemed to take time to kindle the charcoal for the shichirin used for the grilled crab, and considering that, the service was by no means late.

The crab was super delicious. Even same-day reservations were gladly accepted. The private rooms also had a special feel, and I was able to fully enjoy an elegant time. The broth was super delicious. The paper pot was a rarity in a while, allowing me to experience a higher-class mood.

I went for dinner! I ordered the [Blissful Course] where you can fully enjoy both crab and pufferfish. It comes with all-you-can-drink and was about 10,000 yen per person, so the cost-performance is great ◎! The pufferfish was extremely fresh and twitching ♡ The taste was very delicious and I got more absorbed in the pufferfish than the crab ☺️ The course contents were very satisfying, but we even added separate a la carte orders for pufferfish and crab respectively lol I'll come again!

Every year I go as far as Tango or Fukui to eat crab, but this time, having no time, I came to this restaurant in the neighborhood that I'd been curious about. It was tastier than crab at travel destinations! I think I'll use it again.
