taste good, both okonomiyaki and yakisoba

This is a takeaway-only shop. I was satisfied with the portion of okonomiyaki, but felt a little more seasoning would balance the batter better. The price is 430円, which I think is cheap these days.

It is nice to see a calm, kind man cooking so carefully. The griddle is clean and evenly oiled, clearly showing how well he cares for his tools. Takoyaki and okonomiyaki cooked on such a griddle are sure to be delicious. Both the dashi-rich takoyaki and the slowly cooked mazeyaki were very delicious. Next time I want to buy yakisoba and kaitenyaki too. I am from Nagoya, but I will definitely stop by again.

The most delicious takoyaki shop around 瓢箪山. It is a little expensive, but I do not mind at all. The dashi-flavored batter is meltingly soft and superb! It is run by a kind man and woman, and even now that I have moved away from 瓢箪山, they remember my face when I occasionally go to buy some. A delicious takoyaki shop I hope stays open for many years.

I often buy okonomiyaki. I think pork-and-egg okonomiyaki for 330円 is cheap. If none is cooked yet, they seem to reserve one if you let them know. Apparently they have no phone. The phone number on Google Maps plays a message saying it is no longer in use.
