A sushi restaurant recommended by an acquaintance. The location is in the middle of a residential area and hard to understand, but it was a hidden gem of a delicious restaurant. Negitoro is the best 💗 Please order chawanmushi and red miso soup.

Visited just after 12 pm. I forgot to take a picture of the nigiri, but added negitoro. It seems they've been doing it for 60 years and even single dishes are particular about ingredients. Sasakarei is also said to be dried in-house. The Showa atmosphere, the sushi was delicious, and today's kasujiru was exquisite. I will visit you at night next time I want to try eel liver too. Thank you for the meal.
