The bento selection is rich, and the prices are reasonable, making it easy to use. If you order inside the store, you might have to wait a little depending on the time of day, but using phone orders or mobile orders and going according to the pickup time makes for a smooth collection, which is recommended.
View on GoogleIt had good volume and was delicious. The only disappointing thing was that the edge of the fried white fish was crunchy and a bit overfried. People with good teeth might not mind.
View on GoogleI always use this place. The bento is delicious, the service is good, and the staff's response is also good. I would love to visit again!
View on GoogleI ordered two special nori-taru bentos and a children's bento. They forgot to include the sticker for the kids, and since my child really wanted it, I went back to pick it up. Well, that couldn't be helped. When I went to Hanazono Park to eat the bento, to my surprise, neither of the special nori-taru bentos had tartar sauce, and instead of the premium sauce used for menchi-katsu, dashi soy sauce was included. When I called to check, they told me that unless the customer specifically requests dashi soy sauce, it comes with premium sauce, which makes it even more incomprehensible why it was dashi soy sauce. It was a series of experiences I've never had at the chain restaurants I frequent, so I am at a loss for words. The bento was just average, but since the white fish fry lacked tartar sauce and didn't have regular sauce either, it fell way too short of expectations and was disappointing. The bento was just okay... Without sauce and tartar, I had to eat it with dashi soy sauce, which gave it a subtle, weird feeling. I didn't get a very good impression from the restaurant's atmosphere or the part-time staff either. Since I rarely feel this upset, I wrote my thoughts exactly as they were. I sincerely hope that future customers do not have the same experience as I did this time.
View on GoogleIt is hard to tell from the photo, but the rice was discolored and clumped together. All the discolored parts were placed facing downwards, so I wonder if they noticed and still put them in...? About a third of it was discolored and clumped, so it seems strange that they wouldn't have noticed. It was a discoloration and clumping that wasn't from scorched rice (okoge), so I wonder if it was kept warm for too long or if it had gone bad... Either way, it tasted bad, was inedible, and I threw it away. I can't believe they can serve something of disposal level...
