Beautiful experience and the most lovely lady cocking with her whole heart! We were her first Paraguayan costumers and she was so excited about it!

The shop of the grandmother of Takashi, a YouTuber called Reikure. What's amazing is that it's a shop run by a 91-year-old grandmother who is still active. The impact is strong lol I didn't know Reikure or Takashi, but I felt it was valuable to spend a slow time chatting with the grandmother. I want to meet her again♪ I hope she stays healthy🙂

December 2025 Hi❗ This month I have almost no days off(´ω`) Today I also worked on a holiday for business... It was supposed to be finished past noon But it was 14:30 when it was settled 'I'm hungry~❗' Yakisoba and white rice here today... I was planning to make it sobameshi... 'Eh? No rice~?' Since it can't be helped... ☆Okonomiyaki (Butatama) ☆Yakisoba 'I'll take it home❗' When I got home.. No rice at home either❗ (oh dear) Since it can't be helped, I ate it with beer~❤ Since it was being made, it looked delicious Showa-era seasoning on the iron plate From a nostalgic town okonomiyaki shop... 'Delicious~❤' An old-fashioned town okonomiyaki shop that is now in a state of extinction... Showa-era taste from the 92-year-old landlady A taste worth going out of your way for❗ It was delicious❗ Thank you for the meal~❤

I visited after seeing this place in a video. I only know about 3 phrases in Japanese. She was very kind and was more than happy to have a conversation with me using Google translate. The food was good. I have had a lot of Okonomiyaki while in Japan and this one has been my favorite. She was very sweet and even took a picture with me. Hospitality and personalities from people her age whether it be in Japan, America or anywhere in the world will soon be gone, which makes me sad. Meeting her reminded me that the warmth, hospitality, and grace of her generation are becoming increasingly rare. Whether in Japan, America, or elsewhere in the world, those qualities seem to be fading with time, and that makes me sad. I am going to try and visit again while it is still here. 🙂 (Original Japanese text translated to English) I came because I was curious after seeing it in a video. I really only speak about 3 words in Japanese, but the mother was very kind and happily talked to me even using Google Translate. Okonomiyaki was also very delicious. I've eaten many things in Japan, but I like it best here. The mother was also very kind, and I was happy that she took a picture with me. Honestly, I feel that the kindness and warmth possessed by generations like the mother are slowly decreasing in Japan, America, and everywhere, and I feel a little lonely. After meeting her, I once again felt the kindness and warmth of people from that generation. It's a little sad that such things are decreasing. I hope to visit again while the shop is still there🙂
