I took my Android smartphone in for an appraisal, but they started saying it was worth 100 yen, so I just took it back home. Admittedly I'd dropped it and there were scratches on the corners, but the next day I took it to a store in a certain Sofmap group and they bought it for over 13000 yen. I know each group has its own internal standards. But frankly, a gap like this is on the level of a 'we buy your stuff' scam. Rest assured. I will never again ask GEO or the Tsu○ya group for anything (lol)

I will never use this place again. The service was way too awful. It's at the level where I don't even want to give it one star. I've used many stores before, but this is without a doubt the worst one ever. If you're thinking of going here, you're better off going somewhere else.

Came to sign up for a card, the staff made me read the contract terms right in front of the checkout counter, and then said I didn't understand the content and wouldn't let me sign up for the card.???? it's like they humiliated me right in front of the store and in the end I didn't get anything

There's no second floor, but it's still plenty spacious and the selection is pretty good, I think By the way, GEO has self-checkout these days, huh
