Used on 12/28 at 19:00. The worst of any restaurant I've ever been to. First of all, the restaurant isn't running properly. There are too few employees for the customers they let in. This is the only place, not just among restaurants, but among all shops, where the ordered menu didn't arrive even after 45 minutes. The worst slowness. We were guided to the 3rd floor seats, but the drink bar selection was smaller than the 2nd floor. The dessert bar is on the 2nd floor, so going to get some requires going up and down floors. The 3rd floor is a miss. Next, the worst part is that all-you-can-eat is time-limited, but orders don't go through, as shown in the attached photo. It's terrible that orders don't go through within the time limit. Furthermore, smoking is allowed in all seats, which I'd rather avoid with kids. There are other minor issues, but too many to write. Seriously never going again.

A restaurant whose selling point is all-you-can-eat. Seats fill up quickly unless you make a reservation. Despite being cheap, the meat is quite delicious and the variety is abundant. Desserts are also substantial, recommended for girls' nights out, etc. There is an affordable 3-hour all-you-can-eat dessert girls' night plan that requires booking by phone. I think you should avoid going here. I understand it's busy. Waited over 30 minutes for the initial order and the meat arrived. It's tough when you have a 120-minute limit and 30 minutes of it is taken up right there. When I asked them to change the charcoal before the last order, they said 'We don't have any'? Huh? You have no charcoal? The meat arrived at last order and as soon as the waited-for food arrived, they said 'Your time is up, please go pay right away.' Haha. Eat raw meat? What an impossible place.

It was full of 'nothings'. One kitchen staff, one floor staff—there's no way the restaurant can run like that, right? Even when ordered, things don't come. Even when I wanted to drink oolong tea, the reply was 'We're boiling it right now,' so I got water. When it was finally refilled, it was the quality of barely colored super watery water. Desserts weren't refilled and there was no cake. Even though it was all-you-can-eat, I felt unsatisfied.
