Came because I wanted to eat okonomiyaki. Ordered the weekday-only lunch menu, and shared pork tamago set and omusoba set between two people. Okonomiyaki has a fluffy texture, good balance of pork umami and sauce, simply delicious. The mayonnaise poured from above felt watery so it was easy to eat. Omusoba noodles were a bit thick, with a chewy texture impression. The sauce was well mixed, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously until the end. Full volume and good cost performance.

This is my 3rd time at this shop, but every time it's consistently delicious without fail. Recommended for those who like fluffy okonomiyaki with little binder. Yakisoba has thick noodles and a chewy feel, satisfying to eat. I also like that ingredients such as pork are cut thick and large. It's a simple taste, but it's the taste of an okonomiyaki specialty store that cannot be imitated at home. Mayonnaise and sauce are also placed on the table, which is good since you can put as much as you like. In other okonomiyaki restaurants, there are places where you only get what's put on at first, There is aonori, but I thought it would be nice if there was bonito flakes too. I also like the retro atmosphere inside the store.

I think it's better than other Fugetsu stores. Especially the Hormone Teppanyaki (Salt sauce) is extremely delicious so I always order it when I go! Serving is also fast. Sometimes I also order takeout, and sometimes they draw illustrations on the container so it's a bit fun lol

Stopped by casually, the staff's response was good and the food was delicious, making me want to come again. It's my 2nd or 3rd visit, and I order okonomiyaki and yakisoba every time. The seasoning of both is just right, and the compatibility with draft beer is also the best. Food comes out fast, staff's workmanship is good and comfortable. It's a good shop that I'd like to bring my friends to.
