Went after a long time. I like the mushy fried rice here. Gyoza is also cooked all the way through, tender and easy to eat. And the soup that comes with this fried rice is super delicious. Tea is a self-serve style and this hojicha tea is also delicious. The owner is quiet, talks only as much as necessary and is aloof, but that gives it a Showa-esque feel which is nice. Even when crowded, dishes are made one after another in a flash, a handling style that makes you think they are truly professionals having done it for many years. I hope they continue the shop within their reasonable limits. I will come again

Ordered fried rice and one order of gyoza. Visited around lunchtime on Saturday, and zero customers. Sat down whispering 'lucky' in my heart. Self-serve cold tea is served in a teacup. Sort of old-school w. Fried rice is a moist type, maybe closer to home-style fried rice rather than Chinese fried rice? I was just imagining they use soy sauce (maybe oyster sauce) for seasoning. The accompanying soup seems to have sesame oil dropped in it, which gives a nice Chinese feel. Gyoza had a thick wrapper and was baked crispy, but the taste is average. Next time I come I think I'll try to tackle ten-shin-han and ramen.

The shop is in an area close to JR Tokkan Station in Higashiosaka It is the only operating store in the tenant on the 1st floor of an old apartment along the bus street heading toward Tokkan Station from the Fujito Shinda intersection where "Ramen Yokozuna Higashiosaka Branch" is located on the east side of the Daini Neyagawa on Chuo Ohdori An appearance that feels quite aged, feeling overall faded and close to sepia color The interior has a capacity of about 10 counter seats in a reverse L shape surrounding the kitchen Like the exterior, it feels aged, but it feels well-kept like the quiet owner with neat hair The menu is displayed all over the wall on the back of the counter, with deep red fonts and some dishes mixed with Chinese characters, making you think it's somehow different from Japanese-style popular Chinese food? Overall it is cheaply priced, and the daytime service set is even cheaper with high CP, most of the lunch time orders are this set, and tenshinhan and fried rice are popular. ・Ramen Served in a town-Chinese-like bowl trimmed with three colors of thunder patterns: red, blue, and yellow A simple bowl surface with a generous amount of fine bean sprouts, multiple small slices of chashu, and green onions only, soup of clear pale soy sauce feels like authentic Chinese soba Medium-thin slightly wavy noodles, slightly soft boiling degree, soup base is probably based on chashu boiling broth? A soy sauce flavor without corners with a pale sweetness, a popular taste that can be eaten as a substitute soup that goes well with rice dishes, a gentle-tasting ramen that you can finish drinking the soup without guilt ・Chinese Rice Bowl (Chukadon) Chukadon with plenty of vegetables and ingredients where the rice is hardly visible Ingredients lineup includes pork, onion, green onion, carrot, cabbage, with a little starchy sauce, feeling like stir-fried vegetables lightly coated with starchy sauce The cooking degree of vegetables is modest and everything retains its texture, based on the sweetness of onions, salt, and seasoning. A simple deliciousness that might become addictive? ・Fried Rice It is no exaggeration to say that this fried rice is what makes this shop featured in net and YouTube B-grade gourmet or town Chinese genres The exact opposite of the well-finished separate expression synonymous with delicious fried rice, it's a fried rice with excess moisture surpassing moist, making it mushy A simple fried rice of chashu, green onions, and egg, but a mass of umami (msg works pretty well too) Opposite to my preference for firm noodles and rice, I finished it all because it tasted better than the mushy, soft texture! ・Curry Bowl While it was being cooked, a faint aroma of curry drifted in the shop Not like curry rice, but more like the starchy sauce of chukadon with curry flavor, ingredients lineup of pork, onion, green onion, carrot, cabbage Especially the wedge-cut onions are assertive, feeling like they occupy half of the ingredients Curry is not so much a roux, but curry starch sauce is entangled between ingredients, vegetables are cooked moderately with modest heat and except for cabbage, the texture remains, especially the sweetness of onions and the curry flavor match It is wonderful that it is properly finished with a Chinese-style taste ・Tenshinhan Is this what surface tension is?! Tenshinhan's starchy sauce overflowing from the bowl At the bottom of the starchy sauce ocean, rice covered with egg is submerged The egg does not use crustaceans such as crab meat or shrimp, but is baked with only shredded carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and chopped green onions, and since there are a lot of green onions, the egg looks slightly greenish Since the sauce is Kansai style, ketchup is not used, soy-sauce-based with slight sweetness, as mentioned before, it's an overflowing volume, so rice goes down like drinking

October 2025 Hey! No BGM! One-man operation by the owner All handmade original Chinese food! "Taste is undeniably delicious ❤" "Photos of food only! Ask first" "Don't chatter loudly and bother other customers!" A shop with a strong-willed owner~! Prices remain stuck in the Showa era A town Chinese shop packed with humanity and outstanding CP! Many customers are solo gourmet regulars who understand the owner. When the food is ready, the owner silently places it on the counter... Today... ☆Curry bowl ¥600 As expected, feels like a curry-flavored chukadon Chicken bone Chinese soup curry bowl! Yeah! It's so delicioooous~❤ Worcestershire sauce and chili oil match well~❤ This is... "Excuse me! Please give me a raw egg!" Look at that! Delicious ❤ Chinese dashi curry bowl with egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce and pepper... This is it! Osaka middle-aged man taste! It's so delicioooous~❤ "Master bill please~!" "Raw egg is free! Having business in the neighborhood, looking for lunch I hit fried rice and visited here. Just past 2 PM on a weekday, no other customers and sat at the counter. There is no menu on the counter, ordered fried rice and gyoza from the menu pasted on the wall. Fried rice is high moisture and dark color as rumored. The taste is strong, but not spicy, rather sweet. It was a taste I had for the first time. Gyoza was small and chive-flavored, easy to eat. There was a sign saying please do not take pictures inside the store. Be careful not to make nuisance behavior.
