I visited around 7 PM. Since it was dinnertime the shop was busy, but I was seated without waiting. The bowl I chose this time had an incredible presence of chashu. It had clear crosshatched grill marks, and the smoky aroma had transferred to the soup too. The toppings of ground meat, green onion, and bean sprouts were heaped high, more filling than it looked. The soup was a deep soy sauce base and went well with the white rice I ordered on the side. Dipping the chashu in the sauce and eating it with rice was just right. There are many narrow streets around the shop, but coin parking lots are scattered nearby, so I had no trouble coming by car. It's close to Nagata Station too, a shop suited for when you want to eat a hearty meal.

The Nagata branch of the Kyubei group, which operates mainly in Higashi-Osaka. Apparently they sometimes serve the most popular soy sauce-based chuka soba for 500 yen, which is very easy on the wallet. It's in a great location, a short walk from Osaka Metro Nagata Station, and the other ramen look interesting too, so next time I'd love to try them.

Chuka soba 800 yen This day, I went to the Nagata branch of Chuka Soba Kyubei ✨️ Like the main shop, the interior is based on brown, with a warm wooden feel It was full at lunchtime, but with good timing I got a counter seat as others left ☺️ They also had Jiro-style and limited-edition noodles, but I ordered the most standard menu item A clean soy sauce flavor with the subtle sweetness of back fat spreading out The noodles were medium-thin and straight, and I enjoyed their chewiness, nice bite, and smoothness going down♪ Toppings were two kinds of chashu, pork and chicken, green onion, and chopped onion There was also a self-serve corner with garlic, spicy miso, red pickled ginger, and mayonnaise! No leftovers allowed 😁 Overall a well-put-together, light flavor, yet an addictive bowl Thank you for the meal.

This time too my work site was nearby, so I went (^-^) What I ordered this time: Kyubei soba 1000 yen Onigiri 200 yen Slightly sweet soy sauce with chashu, seasoned egg, aburakasu, etc. inside (^-^) The aburakasu had no unpleasant smell, but the flavor was a bit weak too The noodles cling to the soup and are tasty, but as I kept eating it felt a bit salty~ I think it's good value! ☺ The chuka soba is just 600 yen! I think that's amazing. Thank you for the meal ✨ Went for lunch near my work site 😄 What I ordered this time: Tori soba 900 yen Niku meshi 350 yen The soup is a strong soy sauce with umami and acidity, delicious 😊 The noodles are nice too 😊 The chashu is thick and has presence, but a bit dry 😊 There were spots here and there that didn't taste good,, Same with the niku meshi a bit old? Frozen taste? With meat like that I think I'd prefer it with ginger, sansho, and such~ 😊 But the portions are big so it's good value 😊 Thank you for the meal ✨
