Chuka Shokudo Yamagataya", a town-chuba restaurant found in the shopping district of Fuse, Higashiosaka Since the place I was aiming for was temporarily closed, I went in for the first time! A narrow-frontage coffee-shop-style appearance sandwiched between an okonomiyaki restaurant and a bookstore Marked by a red post shaped like a spoon and ladle handle The interior also has an atmosphere that makes you think it might be a converted coffee shop? With about 15 seats total including counter seats in the back and table seats in the front, it is run by what appears to be an elderly couple. I was curious about the gomoku soba set and the a la carte fried soba, but since I wanted to eat side dishes and rice, I selected the Yodang-chi (Yurinchi) set meal. ■ Yurinchi Set Meal The set meal comes with a main dish, side dishes, rice, soup, and pickles. ・Side dishes An omelet-style egg dish and raw vegetables consisting of cabbage and tomatoes. The egg dish is Chinese-style with green onions and sesame oil. ・Yurinchi It looks quite voluminous, with savory-fried chicken thigh cut into bite-sized pieces, generously topped with a slightly sweet sauce featuring chopped green onions and ginger. Coating it heavily in the sauce and bouncing it on the rice makes not only the chicken, but also the rice go down smoothly. The chicken was more than enough for half the bowl when eating a single bowl of rice. ・Rice, soup, pickles The rice piled high in the bowl was cooked a bit on the soft side, and since the bowl is rather large, it had quite a volume, so a refill wasn't needed. Soup felt like a fried rice soup with just chopped green onions, which tasted a little soy-sauce salty.

Located inside the shopping district within a 10-minute walk from Fuse Station. A very cute town Chinese restaurant inside. There are a counter and 2 table seats. Ordered the lunch sweet and sour pork set meal for 850 yen. The owner is very pleasant. Usually sweet and sour pork places only give you a few vegetables, but this had plenty of vegetables plus an egg omelet, making it super generous and very satisfying. The sweet and sour pork was also delicious. Thank you for the meal ✨

Visited around 6:30 PM for dinner. Exterior with the vibe of a coffee shop. Run by a couple, the taste of the Tenshinhan was non-greasy and had a very gentle, light flavor. The gyoza also feels vegetable-focused. The pork bun wasn't on the menu, but it was written on a paper pasted on the wall, so I ordered it additionally. All the dishes are delicious.
