Ordered the set of Tenjinhan and mini ramen. Tenjinhan is not the usual kind where sauce is just poured around the edges; ingredients like egg and imitation crab are mixed into the sauce as well, and the portion is quite generous. Taste is also quite good. Very filling, with a rich seasoning that doesn't get tiring. However, the mini ramen is shoyu-based and quite spicy lol I was glad I chose the mini size. If it were the regular size, it might have been too spicy and painful... However, because I liked the Tenjinhan so much, and the kitchen staff greeted everyone energetically creating a lively atmosphere, I'm giving it 4 stars. Sorry the photos are separate because the food came with a considerable time difference.
View on GoogleOsaka Food Crawl | #OsakaFood @ichiharajunichiro Visited a new place and ordered randomly without researching, and every single dish had a huge portion... Since I didn't mean to, my stomach was in shock. Yet only the Tenjinhan was a mysterious normal size lol And it was the best one This place is open for lunch only on weekends, you know? Town Chinese restaurant in Izuri, Higashiosaka. This time: sweet and sour pork (860 yen), fried chicken (860 yen), large fried rice (1,100 yen), Tenjinhan (740 yen). Overall, it's a textbook classic composition, with a balanced seasoning that is neither too strong nor too weak. The fried rice has a solid portion and is filling. The Tenjinhan is a classic style led by sweet and sour sauce, with a strong integration with the rice. An old-school town Chinese restaurant with an atmosphere used by locals.

View on GoogleHas the vibe of a town Chinese restaurant, a casual place to drop by. Ordered the set of fried rice and 2 portions of gyoza. Fried rice was simple and had a so-called 'normal' taste. Gyoza had thin skin and was pan-fried until crispy, and very delicious. Considering the price, overall I felt the cost-performance was good.
View on GoogleI heard this shop serves huge portions (dekamori), but when I actually saw it, I started worrying if I could finish it (laughs). My girlfriend ordered Tenjinhan and ramen, and I ordered the sweet and sour pork set meal. I waited a bit, but when I saw the size of the set meal that arrived, I thought for a second whether someone over 60 (laughs) could finish it. Every portion was large, and the sweet and sour pork had pork covering the entire bottom of the container with vegetables piled on top. I enjoyed the omelet and chashu and successfully finished it all. I bought fried chicken for takeout, and that was also in a huge quantity, which gave us trouble (laughs).
