What I ordered this time: Yokozuna Chanko - Soy Sauce Fried Palm (Yashi) Karaage Steamed Pork Chicken Tataki Rolled Omelet (Dashimaki) Wiener Fried Gyoza Fried Tofu (Atsuage) Dried Stingray Fin (Eihire) This time, I went to visit the chanko restaurant I'd been curious about for a while 🫡 The top recommendation here is, above all, Chanko ⤴⤴🍲 Yokozuna Chanko has added to the regular ingredients Shrimp, scallop, dashimaki, and fish, making it super luxurious 🤗 The ingredients are piled up to the point of overflowing ❗ Pork, chicken, and plenty of vegetables are included, and the umami comes out really well in the soy sauce-based broth. We ate the full course with udon and zosui (rice porridge), and it was super delicious 😆💕 Next time I'll try the miso base too 😁

2階貸し切りでしたけど、ポテトやからあげなどいつ作ったのってくらい、しっかり冷めてましたね笑 鍋は基本おいしかったです。

美味いし全然かざらないコスパも良い居心地も良い俺達の愛すべきちゃんこ屋さん！おやじさんも無茶苦茶いい人！！
