It's a smoking establishment. It says wifi is available, but unfortunately it didn't work. However, the egg roll was tastier than expected, which was nice. Overall, the prices seem to be within a reasonable range.

Visited in January 2026. A very down-to-earth café. It's a system where you order at the counter and pay up front. I had the morning set. There were several kinds of morning sets. It's great that the morning set is available until 12. The 1st floor has counter seats only, and there's also a 2nd floor, which seems to have table seating. Smoking is allowed and ashtrays are provided. The person next to me was a smoker, which I couldn't stand.

Hot! So hot, hot! After lunch, there's no way I could head straight home in this heat｡｡｡ So I recharged with an iced coffee at 'Santo Nōre'! It's cool and comfortable inside too! Most customers head up to the 2nd floor! The 1st floor seems to allow smoking and is fully equipped with ashtrays. ・Iced coffee　　￥450 ・Iced latte　　　　￥500 The iced latte has lots of milk and is a really easy-to-drink latte! The iced coffee is neither too strong nor too weak, and it's tasty! The service was courteous, and I enjoyed a little break. Thanks for the treat(^_^)v

I came for breakfast before going to see the cosmos flowers at Tsurumi Ryokuchi. To get straight to the conclusion: for non-smokers, this is the worst place. The smell and smoke of cigarettes inside made me not even want to eat my morning set. Next to me was someone smoking while fiddling with their smartphone, and maybe it's just paranoia, but it felt like they were blowing cigarette smoke at me. The food was average, and there won't be a next visit.
