Let's eat lunch at Hiyanos里 Station. The area around the station is full of students everywhere. This restaurant was also full just before 12:30 on a weekday. When I visited, the staff told me it was full and would take time so it's impossible, but I decided to wait. It was relatively quick, under 10 minutes, until I was guided to a seat. It took around 15 minutes for the food to be served. I ordered a noodle and fried rice set, but the noodles came first, and the fried rice arrived after I finished eating the noodles—a rather awkward timing for service. Perhaps Chinese cuisine doesn't have a culture like Japan's 'eating triangularly' (alternating between dishes). Even though the lunch menu is narrowed down, maybe the service is slow? Chinese cuisine = fast was wrong.

The Mapo Tofu here is delicious. The spices must be good. It makes you want more rice. Full of volume! Lunch every Thursday is Mapo Tofu, so I go without fail

The pork bone-based soup is free of gamey odor, has a good balance of salt, and the sweetness of the vegetables makes it delicious! The medium-thin straight noodles are chewy and coat well with the soup! Pork, wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and fish cake make for plenty of ingredients ^^ The umami of the pork, the crunchy texture of the wood ear mushrooms, and the crisp texture of the vegetables serve as a nice accent ^^ A delicious bowl where you can drink up even the soup! ・Fried Rice Sticky-style fried rice with a nice umami from chicken broth and meat ^^ An image with a home-cooked feel different from typical town Chinese fried rice ^^ A hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant I'd love to recommend ^^ Thank you for the meal!
