Good!!
View on GoogleVisited for the first time. This is a very famous shop for the Takaida style. I tried to go with friends several times, but while sister stores have early closing times, this one is open late. At a friend's recommendation, I ordered chashu with extra green onions. The green onions are coarsely chopped, acting as part of the ingredients rather than just a topping. The noodles are thick and straight, but they intertwined well with the soup and were very delicious. The Takaida style has a strong salty taste, so there is a deliciousness that sinks into a tired body past the evening. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleA famous Takaida-style shop located along Chukan. When searched on the internet, it's introduced as a shop that played a role in raising its profile as a chain store representing the Takaida style. Indeed, I myself had actually tasted the ramen here before knowing about Takaida-style ramen. The shop, which exudes a working-class atmosphere, is small and has only a counter. Orders are placed verbally. "Chuka Soba" I visited in March 2026. At that time, Chuka Soba was 700 yen. Amazing. The soup poured to the brim of the bowl has no oil floating on it, and the beautiful amber color is truly wonderful. It's a standard soup combining a chicken-bone base with kelp dashi, but what remains memorable is still the sharp shoyu. It's so vivid that you can't call it anything without snapping, especially the acidity. The aroma of coarsely chopped green onions is also clamorous and wild. The crowning touch is the heavy-feeling thick noodles. An overwhelming impact noodles that makes you unable to complain even if you have objections. With such power, it feels like it transcends ramen. In every way, this is it. It's a great shop.
View on GoogleIt was narrow and didn't have many seats. With thick shoyu soup, I think it soaks in when you're tired It's thick noodles, but I didn't prefer thick noodles with this soup. There were plenty of green onions It was fully booked and the staff was panicking. Counter only and old ramen shop atmosphere However, I didn't like it that much.
