Arriving at the shop at 13:00 on a weekday, the parking lot was full, but I managed to park by swapping places with a car that was just leaving. The interior was about 70% filled, giving a hint that it's a popular shop. Wakayama ramen often tends to have small portions in many cases, so I ordered the large Chinese soba, but compared to a regular portion at a general ramen shop, it felt like the noodle amount was only slightly more. The served ramen was pure Wakayama ramen in both aroma and color. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles commonly seen in the Asahi style, and they're tasty. The char siu pork has a moderate amount of fat and is firmly salted, making me regret not getting the extra-large. However, the soup felt a bit weaker in taste compared to Ide Shoten, Seizen, etc., and giving the provided ramen sauce one whirl made it much better, though richness didn't increase. It seemed like 150 yen rice could also be ordered, but I felt it lacked strength slightly to make it ramen-rice. Since this shop has many fans, maybe the flavor just fluctuated only on this day. Since highly perfected Wakayama ramen can be eaten without going all the way to Wakayama Prefecture, I plan to repeat.
View on Google[July 17, 2026] A Wakayama ramen shop near the Hannan IC intersection in Shizumuda, Hannan City. Stopped by right at the start of weekday lunch hours. There are over 10 parking spaces including the second parking lot Since that day's lunch was scheduled for consecutive runs (food crawling), I ordered the Chinese soba with raw egg for 800 yen with reduced volume. I hesitated whether to reach out to Kishu specialty Haya-zushi, but held back firmly Eating it, the tonkotsu soy sauce based on Yuasa soy sauce unique to Wakayama ramen is super delicious. Due to personal reasons I ordered the regular size, but if I visit next time I might get the extra-large Chinese soba with 2 portions of noodles Staff are friendly and have a good vibe. From taste to customer service, it's a great shop
View on GoogleIde-style ramen shop Stopped by for the first time on the way back from fishing. I've visited the main store a few times, but is the menu the same? Personally felt it might be good when you want a quick bowl of ramen. Feeling-wise, like standing-eat udon or soba Since I had a cold this time, ordered large instead of extra-large Large is apparently 1.5 portions. Soup felt like the original pork bone soy sauce! With a slight pork bone smell felt Noodles were thin, with standard fish cake. Ide fans can eat without going to Wakayama.
View on GoogleHad the large 1.5 portion size for dinner. It's a large size, but about the same as regular portions elsewhere, so men are recommended to get large or above. Soup keeps a slight pork bone smell while the soy sauce seasoning (kaeshi) isn't too strong, making it a soup you can finish drinking completely. Wouldn't it fall into the delicious category even among Wakayama ramens? Thank you for the meal.
View on Google味道不錯,愛喝湯的台灣人會覺得湯太油太鹹,所以不要喝 桌上的飯糰喜歡海苔捲,是甜口的。另一個綠色的是白飯加鯖魚而已,味道比較淡。
