The owner Sabano-san and his wife who run this shop only speak Japanese, but are very sweet and kind! They only serve water, alcohol and gyoza, but it's acceptable to bring your own rice if you want (onigiri for example). My favorite was the 焼 (grilled) gyoza with しそ (perilla), my friend's favorite was あげ (deep-fried) gyoza with チーズ (cheese). To order, just put the number of orders (1, 2, 3...) you want of each type. Each order comes with 6 pieces of gyoza.

Whatever I ate was delicious, so I inadvertently visited again the next day ✨ Warmed by the owner's gentle personality. The inside of the shop overflows with Showa era feeling, but that adds flavor too.

A gyoza shop where gyoza is baked so well with vegetable umami that you can call it salad-like. The "filling" (an)? "Stuffing" (tane)? "Ingredients" (gu)?... brings out the inherent sweetness of vegetables. This time ordered normal, cheese, curry, miso, shiso... and additionally tartar. What makes me feel they are pros is: Are they watching your eating pace so you can always eat while hot? They serve them divided up. The first plate is normal and cheese. Next is miso, shiso and curry. Starting the sequence from miso or curry doesn't let you feel the goodness of normal, and I'm happy they serve them on the same plate so you can eat shiso between curry and miso, thinking about the eating customer. It's a gyoza shop you want to root for, and I just strongly wish I had one nearby.

A gyoza shop with a takoyaki shop feel Had curry, shrimp, and miso gyoza. All were delicious, but if they could clean up the shop a bit more, I think even more customers would increase 😊 Master, best regards!

Wow~~! Delicious ❗️ Not a gyoza shop 🥟 with that kind of impactful deliciousness. ...But, you'll understand once you eat it ❗️ Not greasy, light, thin skins, crispy...❣️ The old guy's grilling timing is exquisite. There's takeout, but you can't easily grill it like this There are many types of gyoza, so you want to eat this and that, but since it's an unobtrusive taste, you can eat as much as you want... Even people who dislike heavy garlic and chives can eat it. !!! Personally normal, shiso, cheese are my favorites... Recommended (*^_^*) Taste hasn't changed a single bit since the old days 💦 Since the old guy runs it alone when customer numbers, takeout, etc. overlap, there are times you wait... but since he sets things up efficiently and briskly, it's not bothersome. Only gyoza 🥟, 🍺, Sato no Gohan 🍚 in the shop Bringing your own is 🙆‍♀️⭕️ Okay 👍 If you bring miso soup or ramen, the old guy won't make a face and will boil water for you too
