I've eaten via delivery a few times, and since it personally suited my taste, I went to visit the shop. Saturday noon. Dropped by while out, but there were no other customers. (A delivery person came by midway) Since there are many menus like Hiroshima-yaki, I ordered the standard pork ball and pork yakisoba for the time being. The yakisoba came out first, and right as I finished eating it, the okonomiyaki came out at great timing. While eating, I noticed other things on the menu that caught my interest, so I thought I'd try them next time.

Okonomiyaki SHIMIZUYA. No parking lot. This was my first visit, dropping by for dinner. The interior is clean and stylish, but with FM radio playing, it gives off a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. There are 4 table seats inside the store. It was a store with high ceilings and an open feel. Since there's an iron griddle attached to the table, it's nice to be able to eat piping hot food. Ordered negiyaki, suji-ponzu, and potato salad this time. All delicious, and eating the suji-ponzu and potato salad made me want to drink alcohol 😓 I'm also glad you can pour your own preferred amount of sauce and mayonnaise on the okonomiyaki. What was disappointing was that smoking is allowed inside. It's painful when cigarette smoke changes the taste of the meal. They seem to have Hiroshima-yaki as well, so next time I'd like to try Hiroshima-yaki, yakisoba, etc. Delicious okonomiyaki, thank you for the meal 😋

I had Dotonbori Kasu Yakisoba and Butatama. The yakisoba has a light shoyu seasoning. The aburakasu is grilled to a crisp and delicious. Okonomiyaki is also nice. Bottled beer is Sapporo Akahoshi medium bottle 500ml. The shop is run by an uncle alone. The customer service is spirited and cheerful. BGM in the store is FM Osaka. Smoking allowed. Cashless payments available were PayPay, d-Barai, and auPAY.

First time going. The master was very brisk, and it was comfortable. I ate a lot, but everything was delicious. Okonomiyaki and yakisoba were delicious as expected, but the salt-grilled hinedori chicken was exceptionally delicious. Bottled beer is Akahoshi. Draft beer is Kuro Label. Draft was also very delicious.

The manager of this shop is old enough and can't even use polite language. Okonomiyaki is not delicious either. You'd better restart from customer service basics.
