Considering how terrible it was today, I think it's better for everyone to prepare themselves before coming, so I'm posting this review. Visited at noon on July 25th, ordered a fried chicken bento and a nori bento, paid, and since it was crowded, I asked the staff how long it would take. They said about 20 minutes, so I thought it would take 30 minutes at most, and waited. 20 minutes, 30 minutes passed by, and other customers were waiting quite a long time and getting irritated. Customers started talking among themselves about how long they'd been waiting, and at that point, the customer who had been waiting the longest had already waited 50 minutes. Several Uber drivers were also kept waiting, and even after the delivery time expired, the goods didn't come out. It was clear that the staff's method and number of people were insufficient. More and more customers kept arriving, but not a single item was handed over, and the staff were just flustered without saying [Sorry to keep you waiting, please wait a little longer]. It was just a time of endless waiting. The time I paid was 12:21, the time I got angry and spoke up was 13:16, and from there I was made to wait even more as they apparently started making it, exceeding 1 hour. It's the first time in my life I waited 1 hour for 2 bento boxes. I wish they would operate by thinking about more efficient procedures and staffing for busy times. My child ended up being late for plans we had.

A clean interior with a spacious indoor waiting area until the bento is ready, making it a safe store even in the cold season. I think the taste is consistent like a major bento chain. Not frequently, but they stay open until around 22:00, so it's convenient to be able to buy a warm bento late at night. *Operating hours, etc. may change, so please check for yourself.

Since Hotto Motto has a delicious image, it said it opens at 9:30, so I killed time nearby and went. 9:40 AM, the door won't open. I even called thinking they forgot to open, but no response. Do they always do such loose work? Is it always late even when opening time arrives?

I bought Makunouchi for lunch, but it's not a hot bento. All the side dishes were cold, and the sukiyaki-style simmered dish had hardened white fat. I realized after driving away, which made me so frustrated. Don't use pre-made cold side dishes. The only warm thing is the rice.

It's been a while since I've been to a bento shop. I cook for myself, but when it's a hassle, convenience stores are my main go-to. Happened to walk by and used it. Simply ordered the nori bento 🙆 Ordered the all-topping version, but what does all mean? Since I haven't seen the regular one, I don't know the difference...
