In a calm atmosphere interior, An udon restaurant loved by locals. The noodles have a firm chewiness while not being too hard, just the right balance. The broth has a gentle taste, making you want to drink it down to the last drop. The tempura is also crispy, and goes great with the udon. Not flashy, but a bowl where you can feel "properly delicious", A type of shop you'll want to visit over and over again. If you're looking for udon in Fujiidera, putting it on your list is definitely the right choice.
View on GoogleA shop I wandered into during the day Anyway, there are so many menus. Ordered oyakodon this day, comes with a mini udon service. Sweet enough to make people who like sweet broth go crazy (I'm bad at it 💦) but the udon broth was extremely delicious
View on GoogleThe small, eel-bed-like interior has L-shaped counter seats. Two sports newspapers available. ABC Radio AM 1008 was playing as BGM. Managed by a friendly master. Since it's open continuously, it's convenient when you want to eat at an awkward time (was past 3 PM). ***** Food ***** I had the udon set meal. Set menu of udon, rice, and pickles. Two slices of takuan are hidden behind the bowl.... Udon ingredients include shrimp tempura, wakame, kamaboko, green onions, etc. Slightly soft udon. Gentle-tasting broth. Rice with just the right firmness. Cozy feeling with a good atmosphere. Condiments on the table are sauce, soy sauce, and chili pepper. Thank you for the meal. View on GoogleThe curry bowl is super delicious〜(^^) Curry from a soba shop has dashi and is very delicious. It's a shop run by a single person, but the taste is definitely delicious.
View on GoogleI had the curry udon. The ingredients are thick fried tofu, onions, and green onions for 550 yen including tax. The ingredients are a bit sparse. The taste was average. Customer service is polite. The minus point is that smoking is allowed inside the store. When I went at lunchtime, it was crowded with older male customers. Payment is cash only.
