Visited around 11:40 AM on Saturday. One counter seat was open so I was able to be seated immediately, but it soon became full. Since it's run by an elderly couple, they warned that it would take time, but I decided to wait. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive, but 1,150 yen for kasu udon and a half-portion oyakodon is a great deal. The udon broth was delicious, and the doneness of the egg in the oyakodon was just right and delicious. Over half of the customers seemed to be locals. It appears to be a shop loved by the community.
View on GoogleOrdered the kitsune udon and oyakodon set. The kitsune udon had a large piece of aburaage and thin Osaka-style noodles, which went great with the broth and fried tofu. The oyakodon had a slightly rich, nostalgic Osaka-style flavor; lately, it's hard to find places this good. Located near the station, right between FamilyMart and 7-Eleven, and easy to find quickly using Google Maps, which helped. I'll definitely come back. It looks like it gets busy at lunchtime.

View on GoogleFirst visit. Ordered the kasu udon and rice ball set. It was insanely delicious! The udon soup had a fantastic dashi, and the soba noodles were slightly thin, which I liked. Reasonable and high satisfaction. I'll go again!
View on Google4 tables, plus counter and tatami seating. They also carry quite a few alcoholic drinks. My impression of the soba is that it's neither good nor bad. The soba dipping sauce was a bit too concentrated and salty.
