This restaurant supposedly has irregular closing days, but in reality, it's more like irregular operating days. Therefore, reservations are a must. If you're lucky enough to secure a reservation, you'll get to drink wonderful sake and eat amazing yakitori. The food starts with sashimi that is exceptionally delicious. As for the yakitori, true to their commitment to charcoal and salt, they successfully bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. The level of alcohol is high across the board. While there are many interesting Japanese sakes, the wine is on another level. The photo shows the wine I had by the glass. I was able to enjoy various kinds, from freaky natural wines to orthodox Burgundies, as well as Japanese wines.

Courses are basically omakase, and everything is extremely delicious. You can taste ingredients that convey the manager's dedication.
