It seems they also provide takeout and catering services, and I used them for my son's first-eating ceremony. It was very convenient and delicious, but the delivery surprisingly only included adult portions, and the main set for the ceremony was missing. The delivery person responded with an attitude like "Even if you tell me..." After that, I received a call from the call center saying they would make it in time for the start time, but they were late. It was very disappointing to have my great-grandfather who came from afar wait. And when the meal started, a hair was mixed into the adult meal, and though it was good that it was my husband's meal, it's terrifying to think if this was for a guest. The atmosphere of the precious celebration was bad, and when my husband inquired, it was just an on-the-spot apology by the call center again. They said they would tell the higher-ups, but after that there was no response, and the staff who came to collect the tableware put the receipt in the mailbox without saying anything. Why don't you review your customer service a little? We are connected with hundreds of people on parenting Instagram, and things like this will inevitably be written and posted. I was satisfied that my son's celebration was safe and the food was delicious, but my husband was quite angry that it was ruined. I want to end a precious occasion in a good way, so please take some action.

Passing in front of the store occasionally, thinking I wanted to use it once, I was able to visit tonight. While checking the cooked state of the recommended paitan hot pot, eating the appetizer and yakitori selectable from 6 kinds of seasonings, I was very satisfied with the well-done seasoning of the hot pot, and overall a good, well-organized shop. Today I could park the car in front of the store, but can I always park? I definitely want to revisit.

I booked online and contacted them many times without getting through, and was contacted 1 hour before the day, making me distrust the reservation handling.

The delivery speed was fast and it was delicious 🔥
