Every single dish is seasoned with great care. Even the mitsuba greens on top of the fried food have a slightly spicy seasoning that acts in place of sauce for the fried food, with various touches of ingenuity woven throughout that made eating it a fun and delicious experience. It is a bit pricier compared to ordinary bento shops, but the quality of the side dishes is a notch higher, resulting in high satisfaction. Why not use it for a small treat or reward for yourself?

I visited for the first time. From the entrance, you step up onto the raised tatami platform and change into slippers. There were table seating options for 4 people, 2 people, and 1 person. Since I was alone today, I headed to the single-person seating. The desk and chair faced the wall, accompanied by a bookshelf. There was a menu, and something written about the importance of food. Every single bite of the menu, which nourishes the body from modern eating habits, was delicious. Today's main dish was carrot spring rolls, along with many small side dishes. Especially the brown rice! It was chewy and delicious. I want to go again 🤗

The chewy brown rice is exceptionally delicious. I also like the miso soup because it tastes like a well-made dashi broth. I bring my 1-year-old child along, and my child happily drinks the cold soup every single time. ...As a result, almost none of my soup is left. Bitter laugh The desserts are also very delicious, and I always order them. They bring the food out relatively quickly. Previously, when I ordered dessert after the meal, the dessert I wanted to choose was sold out, so now I always order dessert beforehand at the same time as the meal (^^) Their bento is also delicious. My 2-year-old child loves it too and gobbles it right up. Hahaha

I had this week's Sumire Plate, the muscat chiffon cake, and coffee. The cafe's atmosphere is also to my liking and wonderful. When fully booked, I think it might feel a bit cramped. Reservations are probably a must during peak hours around 11 AM to 1 PM. This time I called at 2 PM and went with 3 people, and at this time it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The fig cheesecake was sold out. Everything from the side dishes was delicious, I was deeply moved. The miso soup has a gentle flavor. Cucumber and tomato in sesame dressing, Such a small amount is not enough~! I want to eat so much more 😭 Somen noodles topped with kabosu citrus, The dashi broth was so delicious that the person who came with me drank it all 😂💕 Winter melon mapo tofu also had just the right amount of spice. The main dish of oatmeal-tofu dumplings and vegetables in black vinegar sauce is the winner 🏆✨ I'm actually not a big fan of oatmeal, but I couldn't taste it at all. It contains wood ear mushrooms and onions, and both the texture and taste are top-notch. I thought it was a plate without any meat, but it was extremely satisfying. Especially the brown rice, it had a texture I haven't had much before, chewy! Yet with a slightly firm core to chew on! Apparently, it's cooked in a pressure cooker. Eating it with the accompanying sesame salt is delicious too! It's made by roasting black sesame seeds and black salt. Ah, things that take effort and time really do turn out delicious. 食べる (Wait, mapping the English part here...) The muscat rice flour chiffon cake was also good. But the black sesame ice cream served with it was personally my favorite!! Haha The fig roll cake won with its rice flour and black tea roll cake sponge. The blueberry cheesecake was also delicious!
