View on GoogleThis morning's events. For a qualification exam, I had been using it every morning before work as a study place since it's close to my house. Only this morning, I had to create a document with a looming deadline, which made my usage time long. While using it and ordering additional drinks, I was harshly scolded in front of other customers by the female owner, saying she was troubled if I stayed for hours, and she put me to shame. Since I came by car, she apparently didn't like the parking lot being occupied. I only made documents today, and usually leave the store in about an hour, but because of just one incident, being scolded like that in public with no room for explanation, I left the store with a very bad feeling. Since I wanted to keep using it in the future, after a little while, I brought a small token of apology, but it was flatly refused, and that treatment was also done in front of other customers. This is the limit of my patience, so I told them that if I am a nuisance, I will not use it in the future, but the response was cold and delivered in harsh words. As a location and because the customer service of the other staff member was very to my liking, it's deeply regrettable, but I never want to go there a second time. For those using cars, since you cannot relax, I do not recommend it. The coffee at other chains is better. As a place of interaction for local residents coming on foot, I think it's good. Also, I haven't written reviews like this until now, but it gave me an opportunity to think that I should properly evaluate stores that are wonderful to me, so as a result I'm glad I used to go there.
View on GoogleA traditional, orthodox kissaten (café). The interior has depth, and the seating is spacious. You can sit and relax calmly. The lunch pasta and pilaf have many varieties and taste like a classic kissaten. There is also an abundance of drink menus.
View on GoogleA place with a cozy atmosphere. The prices were also very reasonable.
