I discovered a great restaurant. I ordered the shrimp mayo set meal for 1000 yen including tax, and the shrimp were big and plump. All the small side dishes were delicious, and the sardines in particular were exquisite. When I asked if there was a secret, they told me they use plenty of sake and delicious soy sauce from Kyushu. With such careful cooking and customer service, I'd love to visit again.

It was a very hearty bento filled with lots of side dishes. The fried chicken came with tartar sauce and sweet vinegar sauce in separate containers; the chicken wasn't greasy, but crispy, savory, and thick, and pouring the egg-rich tartar sauce and sweet vinegar sauce over it allowed me to customize the chicken nanban to my liking! You could really tell from the taste that the side dishes like potato salad and kiribon daikon were carefully prepared! The rice was chewy and had a gentle sweetness even when cold. Since both the rice and side dishes in the bento were delicious, I imagined it must be even tastier if you dine in. All the items on the menu look attractive, so I'd like to go again.

Everything you eat here is delicious. Actually, I wanted to try their hidden popular menu item, the yakisoba set meal, but they didn't have it because it was Saturday. Since they turn down media interviews, it's a hidden-gem set meal restaurant that only those in the know are aware of. It's a place well worth visiting at least once.
