Said to be closed at the end of 2018. Too bad. I had the cold toriten bukkake udon large 800+100 yen. Thick noodles with fine skin. A wonderful udon with firm chew and stretch. The broth concentration is also to my taste. Toriten is 2 relatively large pieces. The thigh meat is tender and the batter is crispy. Also shiso tempura, and the black thing I thought was nori tempura was chewy and turned out to be kombu. Exterior doesn't look like an udon shop. Holiday 11:30 one customer ahead, 12:00 full but no queue yet.

From the appearance, it doesn't look like an udon shop, and without menu photos, it might be hard to understand? Boiled noodles are tightened in cold water, carefully arranged, and then served Chewy noodles are satisfying to eat, and combined with the broth and ingredients, you end up eating enthusiastically... The inside of the shop is also bright and clean, an atmosphere that doesn't make you feel like it's an udon shop

The kelp broth came out well and it was delicious. I had the seared meat udon and this also added a smoky flavor👌.

The noodles are a bit firm maybe. The tempura was delicious. Are the staff a married couple? They were very nice(*´ω`*)

I ordered chicken and egg tempura curry. The chicken tempura at this shop was the best in my life. The udon itself was normally delicious.
