Today is Setsubun, so there was an event. There was a tuna cutting show at the fish section on the 1st floor of Keihan Department Store. The filleted tuna was sold as sushi rolls and sashimi. They filleted a 55 kg tuna in no time.

The quality is good, but the technique is not. I had the tuna bowl here, but bones were left in and the tendons were not removed. Even though the meat itself is delicious, I think it's a pity if the skill isn't sufficient. Since it's department store pricing, I'd like them to do a proper job. I visited for the first time in a while. When shrimp gets this big, it's certainly satisfying to eat and I was pleased.
