Visited for lunch❗ Since I'm here, I got the deluxe nigiri set ¥2,500 It might be hard to tell from the photo, but the toppings are huge and very filling 👍️ It's an old-school style centered around the counter, an atmosphere I personally like, However, since there are ashtrays at each seat, it's probably a smoking-allowed restaurant, Those who dislike smoke might want to be careful.
View on GoogleThe sushi size is quite large, and 1000 yen is a bargain for this. However, precisely because of the large size, there are tricky parts. The tendon is still there, but the umami of the tendon part is good, it's kind of frustrating, like that. Please note that smoking is allowed.
View on GoogleEntered around noon on a weekday, there were 3 customers at the counter who made space for me to sit, and I ordered the nigiri sushi set. Watching the other customers, only 1 person was eating lunch while the other 2 had a large bottle of shochu on the counter and were drinking. It seems more like a neighborhood izakaya where people can drink during the day rather than a sushi restaurant, frequented by many regulars... These two drinkers sitting on either side of me talked loudly and smoked cigarettes one after another... The sushi is on the tasty side, but having people smoke on both sides is pretty tough... If the interior doesn't become non-smoking, I won't be visiting again!
View on GoogleI'm very sorry, but this isn't a restaurant I find particularly delicious. The service is also average. However, the drink selection is reasonably extensive, and I thought it would be good for when you want to drink a little nearby and eat sushi slightly better than conveyor belt sushi. The old-school, calm storefront is nice for those who like that atmosphere. You can keep the price low if you don't choose expensive toppings. I thought it was a bit unusual that they have whale meat. Regarding how to eat it, they kindly answered questions and taught us, which left a favorable impression.
View on GoogleUsed for lunch. The nigiri sushi set (1000 yen) had large toppings, including seasonal hamo (conger eel) nigiri, and it was delicious.
