This simple-looking family restaurant actually offers delicious hand-pulled noodles among the finest I've had in Osaka especially at such an affordable price.

View on GoogleUsually go to the Takaida branch, but came here today Came because I had a 100 yen discount coupon valid until today Using the ticket vending machine is kind of difficult and confusing— I don't want a 100 yen discount, I want chikuwa tempura, but I don't know how— I asked the staff and somehow managed. They said when there's a discount the payment amount changes on the vending machine, and to get chikuwa tempura, you tell the staff after sitting down. Difficult Since my Line points were collected, I also got chicken tempura. I ordered the vegetable tendon, it had lots of ingredients and my stomach was stuffed. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleEntered the shop around 11 PM. Ordered the large shrimp and chicken tendon and zaru soba set and my wife ordered the chikutama chicken zaru soba set. Too bad the tempura zaru set didn't come with tempura dipping sauce. I ate it by pouring tendon sauce over it. The tendon rice also formed lumps, became dry and hard. It's a pity since I've recently been liking Santen and repeating visits. I'll take my revenge next time. Cost performance is exceptionally good.
View on GoogleBoth parking and bicycle lots are free to use. The parking lot is spacious, but the bicycle parking area was narrow and hard to park in. Once you go through one door, there are two ticket machines. You select the menu on the touch panel, but using service coupons or changing the set soup takes quite a bit of time and is a bit complicated. It seems like it would be troublesome when it's crowded. Decide on the menu, enter the next door, sit down, and hand the ticket to the staff. There is a menu confirmation. Once confirmed, the order goes through. Served in about 10 minutes. Water is on the table and self-service. Warm hojicha tea is not on the table, but you can drink it for free via self-service. For bowl dishes, sauce is self-service and you can pour your preferred amount. For set meals, rice is free to refill. The staff tells you when serving. You can choose regular or large for refills. This time I had the limited-time seasonal "Genuine Snow Crab and Winter Seafood Tempura Set", changed the soup to kake udon, and added pumpkin tempura with a coupon. All tempura had a crispy batter and were delicious. The genuine snow crab was smaller than expected, but had solid meat and was delicious. The udon broth was also delicious.
