I ordered 2 okonomiyaki, but burnt-to-a-crisp okonomiyaki arrived. It was also about 15 minutes late. When I called and told the manager, 'Can you make them properly? I don't need a new one,' although they apologized, they brushed it off casually, so I will never order from them again. If you do things like that, your customers will decrease.

Unlike ordinary homemade okonomiyaki, it's fluffy and delicious. I make different orders each time, but they seem to use different sauces depending on the contents, which is exquisite. I think they are particular about how they cut the cabbage. Homemade ones are unpopular with the men because they have cores, but Mugiko's probably don't have cores. When shopping and eating out are exhausting, it's cheaper than eating out, which is a big help.

A restaurant where all the items have volume and the taste is delicious. Operating locally for a long time, it's a restaurant you can order from with peace of mind.

The phone customer service is too sloppy. Normally, they would tell you how long it takes until delivery and check if that's okay, but they give vague responses where you have to ask one by one what time they will bring it, like delivering at noon or delivering at night. Will never order again.
