The culinary city of Osaka! l love "konamon" ! (Japanese flour-based dishes) I tried the "OKONOMIYAKI" (Japanese savory pancakes) and "YAKISOBA" (Japanese stir-fried noodles) at this restaurant. At the restaurant, you have the option to cook your own okonomiyaki at your table or have it prepared for you in the kitchen. We chose to have it prepared in the kitchen, and it was cooked to perfection - delicious and well-executed. The restaurant is located in a downtown area and has a sense of history, but the interior is spacious and clean. If you ever find yourself in Suminodo, I highly recommend paying this restaurant a visit!
View on GoogleI've loved it ever since I was an elementary school student in the Showa era (over 55 years ago... it was in a different location back then). Okonomiyaki and yakisoba more delicious than Katsura do not exist in this world. But having lived overseas for over 40 years, I can only eat it when I go to Japan. I hope the restaurant stays in business for a long time.
View on GoogleVisited the okonomiyaki restaurant that my family and I used to frequent, for the first time in about 20 years. The delicious taste hasn't changed, and the sauce is the same, which made me feel very nostalgic and brought back memories of those days. I was moved to see the proprietress looking well and running the restaurant. Even though much of the town of Daito itself has changed, I feel very grateful for a restaurant that makes me remember those days. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleA shop located near the entrance of the shopping arcade. Ordered the pork and rice cake ball 'Buta Torotoro Yaki' with mochi for 1,050 yen. The mochi was fluffy, soft, and meltingly delicious ✨ It was packed with pork, giving a great sense of value ✨ The batter felt a bit like monjayaki and was delicious ✨
View on GoogleChose the mix okonomiyaki. It was delicious! It was the gooey type, which is my preference. It's affordable and always a bustling restaurant.
